Paula Greenlee is the 3rd prize winner of Train Signal's Words for Training Contest. She works in the IT/GIS Department and answers the IT help desk phone. She says that "unlike my essay suggests, the folks here are pretty savvy on the latest technology." The majority of Paula’s job is devoted to maintaining data in the Department’s GIS.
