We use SecoBackup to backup our email servers to Amazon S3 since it is designed to handle very large files and large volume transfers efficiently through compression.

http://secobackup.com/products-secobackup.html

Its software can handle large files in 10s of GB in size very well without running into Amazon S3's 5GB limit.

I've got an HP Home Media Smart server, and I use KeepVault for Home Server Version 2.21 for my back up. The cost is about $100 per year with no limit and you use their software which installs as an add in. The new version (2.21) will back up files over 5GB. You can set it to back up whenever new data is added or once per day between the hours of 12 - 6 AM. They assign the password which makes it very secure. For those with a home server this is the way to go, I think.
