		<description>Hi,

Very good article. I was wondering if you could help me with my problem however. I am trying to determine the appropriate packet size for voice packets (uncompressed).

Average delay of voice must be no greater than 10mSec. Voice will be sampled at 8 kHz and will, in the first instance, be represented by 8 bit samples.

VPN approach is proposed using an effective bit-rate per line of 500 kb/s.

Would an apporpriate packet size be 120 bytes? 40 bytes header and 80 bytes payload?

Kind Regards</description>
