The System Restore in Windows 7 has been improved, and it’s now easier than ever to use.

In the video below I will walk you through how you can restore your system to a previous restore point. This will change your settings and programs installed, but will not affect your personal documents.

Think of the System Restore as an undo command for Windows. You download and install programs, change your settings, edit your registry, etc. Sometimes this may cause your system to become unstable or start crashing.

This is where the System Restore utility comes in — you can undo all of the changes and restore your computer to a previous point. Let me show you how to do it.
