Searching for learning methods is what had me stumble on to Train Signal in parallel with another on line training center.
First, for me the video method was great and it is not uncommon to find myself going back and viewing sections to really drive the point home.
Second, was the on line class room this was unrelated to technology but the delivery was interesting and presentation was clear and adopted an excellent feed back loop. For example. There was a time and place to meet each and every day the presenter could discuss topics in need of review and also pass the microphone around to get input and class participation. There were short pop quizzes done in a format in which each individual could be messaged during class if they were in need of clarification without disrupting the class. Or other times it would generate discussions and kept in on topic by the moderator.
Although it was interesting and informative viewing the video courses the marriage of Train Signals Video’s with an online classroom would be outstanding. Unfortunately my search for such a combination at a reasonable price has yielded nothing. This is my second and last suggestion in this area. It must be just to expensive to have such an environment or there just aren’t enough of us out here to warrant the it’s creation.

Hi
First let me say, well done TrainSignal. As you all know the big buzz is Virtulization and with Microsoft introducing Hyper-V built into Wndows Server 2008 Ent and Datacenter x64 this is great.
Now that Microsoft has released Hyper-V Sever 2008 as a stand alone product to be installed to the BARE-METAL Box, this is great as well. I would like to see TrainSignal release training on this as well as Sytem Center Virtual Machine Manager. I am sure many IT System admins would find this invaluable to their training library. Does TrainSignal have any future plans to release training on Citrix 4.5 and Citrix Xen products?
Again well done TrainSinal and all the team for always being the firts to release the latest training.

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for your comment! We are not currently working on any Citrix training but that is something we have looked at and will be working on in the future.
We will however be releasing more Virtualization, Hyper-V, and Microsoft training so stay tuned!
