Always be prepared to ask questions about the company and position. The interview is not only for them to get info about you, but for you to get information about the position and the environment you would be working in.

When I used to interview for technical positions I would ask questions about the environment, including specific ones that directly relate to your job. You can easily prove your knowledge by asking the right questions.
